Study on Crack Mechanism of Gas-liquid Inclusions in Quartz Sand under Microwave Heating

چکیده

Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIS) and polarizing microscope are utilized to analyze the water molecule content in gas-liquid inclusions quartz sand micro-morphology change laws of before after microwave heating. The experimental results show that when is heated 600℃ under microwave, cracks or micro-cracks appear at interface, which causes (OH)-water crystal lattice into smaller liquid inclusions. Most can be removed by continuously increasing intensity so temperature particles as high 900℃.Experiments establishment mathematical model better reflect heating behavior field, provide an effective theoretical basis for further study influence these factors on relationship between internal pressure tangential tensile stress inclusions, such inclusion filling degree, fluid density, homogenization temperature, radius .
